My arduino Tank
I have for some while been building a robotic tank based on the arduino platform.
It is autonomous, it has an ir sensor for measuring distance. The sensor is mounted on top of a cheap RC servo.
It is powered by a tamiya dual gearbox. I changed the motors from 3V motor to 6V motors, making it easier to control. It is driven by the very common L293.
As you can see there it is basically a rolling breadborad
